At SHAY Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original SHAY packaging and include the packing slip inside a shipping-safe box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
